CONSERVATORY LINK BETWEEN TWO PARTS OF THE HOUSE

This large hardwood conservatory links two otherwise unconnected rooms, both of which now open out via French doors into a warm and sunny square space with lovely views. Clever use of pot plants helps to disguise the newness of the brick-built low wall around the structure although this will soften with a year or two of weathering. There are opening lights interspersed with fixed- or dummy sashes so the sightlines are balanced and even.
