CAN TIMBER DOORS BE PAINTED OR STAINED ANY COLOUR?

Timber doors can be painted pretty much any colour you like but there is limited range of wood stains available.

Solid paint colours can be specified from the RA:, BS, NCS, Little Greene, Farrow & Ball, Fired Earth or Dulux colour schemes - if there is not a colour you like amongst those than tell us what you would like and we will do our best to match it.

The wood stain options range from Light Oak through to Ebony taking in shades of Teak and Mahogany on the way.

Your new door can be fully factory finished in a combination of colours to - the frame and the door itself could each be a different colour if you so wished but most people stick to 1 or 2 colours.
