French doors offer an elegant and timeless way of accessing the garden and of bringing the view into the room. When made with maximum glass and minimum frame they can really let natural light flood into the room.

Timber French Doors

Our French doors can be supplied in a huge variety of designs, including arched, to suit your property and the surrounding windows. With high performance, adjustable hinges, these doors can span up to 2.4 metres in both width and height or even further when paired with sidelights and fanlights. Available as fully glazed or with a combination of glass and insulated timber panels the configuration options are vast. Add to this numerous different glazing bar designs and leaded patterns plus both traditional or contemporary handle options. Whatever design you have in mind we are confident we can create it and if its advice you need to help make a decision, our knowledgeable sales team will be glad to help.

These French doors are manufactured from engineered softwood, hardwood or Accoya timber for excellent stability. With an all-round compression-type weather-seal and high security multi-point locking as standard, these doors are draught-free, weather-tight and very secure. Two or more sets of doors can be supplied keyed-alike – so the same key can be used to access multiple doors.

They are available in a wide range of painted colours and a select choice of wood-stains plus dual-colour with the inner face different to the outer.

We can also offer additional features such as enhanced security glazing, extra noise-reduction, 'self-cleaning' glass, anti-UV glass to stop the bleaching effect of the sun on furniture and fabrics and integral Venetian or pleated blinds.
