TIMBER PATIO DOORS INSTALLED IN HEXHAM

These large lift-and-slide timber Patio doors have been installed into a modern house in Hexham, Northumberland.

Initially we discussed folding, sliding timber doors to replace the existing 3-panel aluminium door but we felt a 2-panel door would really bring the garden into the room whether open or closed.

The lift-and-slide mechanism glides the door open beautifully and although the overall width is 3.4m the client's young daughter is able to open and close it with ease.
