WILL THE WINDOW OPENINGS NEED TO BE MODIFIED FOR NEW TIMBER CASEMENT WINDOWS?

Generally the openings do not require any modification. Sometimes it is necessary to cut back internal plaster work to get the old window out and new window in but we take care of sorting all that out afterwards.

We will always inspect the structural supports (lintels) and advise if we have any concerns.
